Little Embroiders ships Priority mail via USPS. Your purchase will be shipped to the address you have listed, so please double-check that your address is correct to avoid any delays in shipping. We are not responsible for any items shipped to the wrong address or lost in the mail. If your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying for the additional shipping cost to have it resent. Once we have shipped your order and it has been accepted through USPS, they are responsible for your package. We do not issue refunds or remakes for packages lost by the USPS.
We are not responsible for any delays, weather problems, etc. that the carriers experience..
If we have made an error on your order or there is any defect in the product, you must notify us within 5 DAYS of receiving the order and we can make arrangements for you to return the item and receive a replacement. We do not replace any products that have been washed.
We will not give any refunds or replacements on any product that has a monogram. Please check your proofs carefully before approving them.
Please remember ALL SALES ARE FINAL once items have been washed.
